Self-pay patients:

We charge for each service/procedure provided. Evaluations are charge by time spent and complexity of condition. Chiropractic treatments are charge by number of spinal regions and/or extremities. Trigger point injections are billed by number of muscle groups. Therapies are billed by time spent.

2024 rates of most common procedures:

New Patient low complexity evaluation with treatment of spine: $115

Adjustment 1-2 spine regions: $50

Adjustment 3-4 spine regions: $65

Adjustment 5+ regions: $85

Adjustment Extremities: $25

Massage 30 min: $50

Massage 60 min: $100

*We will submit claims to Medicare as non-participating provider with no assignment of benefits. Medicare will pay the patient directly for part of the visit related to spine only.

The traditional Centennial/Medicaid plans DO NOT cover chiropractic services--even with a referral. However, those patients enrolled in the Centennial Care Self-Directed Community Benefit (SDCB or Mi Via) may have part or all of their treatment covered.

Understanding your deductible:

A deductible is a dollar amount that you must pay out of pocket before your benefits begin. Some plans are just a few hundred dollars while others are high deductible into the thousands. Once the deductible is met, then a flat copay or co-insurance (a % of charges) begins.

Our staff makes every effort to verify benefits, copay and deductible amounts before your appointment. Online verification of remaining deductible amounts is delayed by 2-4 weeks. This is related to the time it takes for new claims to process from all the providers you have seen.

Personal Injury, Auto Accidents and Worker's Compensation:

We limit the number of these types of case our office treats each year. Please provide as much accident information as you can to the scheduling staff. If you have been referred to our clinic from a hospital triage/ emergency department, then we will need those records too. We want to make a quick, informed decision about your case. Should we decline you as a new patient, we have other Advanced Practice Chiropractors to whom we refer.
